 Galina Badikovskaya vas born in 1972 in Moscow. She studied at the Music Conservatory where she took the second prize in a national competition. She made her diploma in 1997 and ever since she has been a soloist at the Moscow Novaja Opera where she has sung roles as Santuzza (Cavalleria Rusticana), Tatjana (Evgeny Onegin), Iolanta (Iolanta), Tamara (Demon), Wally (La Wally) and others.
With her opera company Ms Badikovskaya has taken part to a tour in Israel, performed on a cd-recording with a chorus of the Savonlinna Opera Festival and sang a concert alongside with Dimitry Hvorostovsky and Paata Bursuladze in Moscow. In 2001 she performed the soprano solo in Verdis “Missa da requiem” in Malmö, Sweden. more ->
